I’ve bought items here in the past, but today when I was browsing, I was curious about an item on the counter. The bleached blonde Chinese lady with bangs told me “they’re all over there” in a frustrated snarky tone. I had a look over at the false lashes section, and still didn’t see them there. She could have easily lead me to the product if it wasn’t easily visible as the store wasn’t busy. Instead she rolled her eyes and had an unfriendly expression when I first wanted to look at the mentioned item.
What’s the attitude for, especially towards a potential customer, when you work in retail?
I’m never going to buy from here again. I don’t want to spend money and have to see a sour look on the employee’s face while I’m buying. Ruins the entire experience for me, and I’m sure this is the same for other customers.

This store reminds me of something you’d find in Korea or Japan, with the bright neon lights and the plethora of cute toys and Knick knacks. It has a range of items, including the the Takashi Murakami sunflower plushies (big one is $420 I think, and little one is $240) I assume they are genuine but can’t be certain as they were up high and we didn’t bother asking to look at them close up. The girl working there was efficient but not particularly friendly (ie. she would answer questions when asked, but seemed indifferent / she had a bit of an attitude…). Overall, the store is cute but prepare your wallet if you want to buy something from here.

We went to the store aiming to purchase a pair of contact lenses on Friday 29th of April. We were serving by a small woman who has glasses on. The terrible and unacceptable action was that we were shouted by the woman because of asking for an additional information about those contact lenses.
There were so many different types and brand without the prices and info showing. It was really confusing. So we’d like to get more details to ensure we were getting the correct one. But she spoke to us with an aggressive tone.
If the woman cannot handle and control her limitation, she might not be suitable to working retail or where else.

I hope if Google have 0 point rate. Not saying how the product and price there but the shopping experience I had is terrible.10th Oct 2023, about 9pm. The Asian lady staff they’re unbelievable rude there. When I look around at the shop and I saw a “product” put at the Conner when come closer to have a look and the staff say” that’s not for sell! “ with an angry tone. I actually dont know what’s wrong with her I just felt very sorry for the boss who hire this kind of staff. Good luck

Shop assistant Lady with half blue hair was very rude. We were browsing the shelves and she said “excuse me” and just shoulder barged right past us to put items on the shelf… didn’t even give us a few seconds to move out of the way. Not only that she was not welcoming and had a very intimidating stank face as we walked into the store. The items sold are cute but the attitude and service from the staff member is not.

I often shop here for contact lenses but also their amazing range of genuine Sanrio products! I almost always leave with something. Prices are fair and not much more expensive than what it would cost to buy the item from Japan yourself. Staff are always lovely 💗

the rudest staff ever! i went to the counter up front to purchase an item (a pink hair pin) and the woman serving me was so judgemental and rude. i asked her if they would be getting stock with the item i was getting in different colors (a blue pin), and she scoffed, then said 'yes, but i don't think they would suit you!'. i tried to let it blow off, but as i was pulling my wallet from my bag, she side eyed me and i asked her what was wrong, to which she said 'wow, that wallet is really ugly, i don't know why you would pick something like that'. i walked out of the store without buying the hair pin. as i walked out, she walked over to another employee and the two watched me walk away, laughing.

The section at the back barely had any space. The attendant kept opening cabinet door on me and standing extremely close to me to serve other people, I was just dodging her for the majority of the time I was there. I asked her if she had any lens with the coloured diameter above 13mm for dailys left other than olens because all the 10 packs were out of stock. She just shook her head and said no they don't. Short and quite dismissive. I was really keen to buy from here but I was literally pushed around without any apology or acknowledgement and dismissed by the unfriendly attendant. For your notes, especially if you're english speaking, the blonde asian girl with bangs probably won't be very nice to you.

On the bright side, seeing that they were out of stock meant that they go through stock quickly which was good especially as lens do go in your eyes. I would have a walk by again to see if there someone else working and hoping they won't be as rude.
