I came to the shop for my little sisters birthday present and the guy that worked there was very nice and helpful. He had also a lot of knowledge about the skincare products so if you are new to (Korean) skincare he would be able to help you based on your concerns and budget! Very nice! And also very beautiful aesthetically pleasing inside. I recommend everyone to go.

The products are very fine and the workers helpful. Although it’s the second time i’m purchasing a product and i’m leaving with some kind of awkward feeling. Maybe i’m triggering some weird vibes, but i wish to no one to go purchase something and question every move of the experience. I would still recommend but i wont go to the store anymore 💔

I have had a very uncomfortable experience in the shop. The man working is unnecessarily honest, direct and witty. Which comes across very rude and there’s simply no need to feel sad leaving a store because somebody has talked to you in that way. I asked some questions and got very witty answers. I normally never leave a review but it made me feel so uncomfortable, leaving the store wondering why I somehow triggered this man this much. After seeing the responses from lab K on one star reviews I can tell they don’t see this as constructive feedback to be better in the future; they are defensive and unfriendly as a response. For the sake of your business; be kind.

A one star review for me based on my customer service experience - the shop has beautiful products so not a bad word about that.
