This was my first experience with K-pop Ramen, and it'll probably be my last. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

I mean, I don't even know where to start

I ordered takeout. The lady over the phone told me it would be 20mins. I arrived there in 10. I waited for my food so my assumption was my food would be hot & fresh.

I was so wrong!!

My bulgogi sandwich was cold and the bun was thick and rigid like it's been sitting out all day.

The French fries were dry and ice cold as if they had been cooked and left to sit until someone purchased them.

And the shrimp tempura bao buns were AWFUL!!! There was a smell reeking from the shrimp tempura that made me gag. It smelled almost like a chemical. I couldn't tell if it was the sauce, the wilted green onion or the shrimp itself but the smell filled up my car and my kitchen. I only live 5mins from this establishment so there's literally no reason my food should've been cold by the time I got home and this smell is GOD AWFUL!! It smells almost ammonia like.

I have a very strong tolerance for fast food and I'm usually more graceful in my reviews but this makes me want a new tongue.

I will be calling for a full refund because this must be some sort of joke!!

Went to K-Pop Ramen in Frisco. Even though the whole K-Pop thing might not be for me, we had a great experience overall.

One of the best things about this place is that their chicken and beef are halal, which is a big deal for us as Muslims. It’s great to see restaurants catering to the Muslim community.

The food was delicious! We tried the Korean wings, garlic miso soup with chicken, and their Korean mango milk boba. Everything was flavorful and fresh. The wings were crispy and had just the right amount of spice, and the garlic miso soup was hearty and satisfying. The mango milk boba was refreshing and a nice treat to end the meal.

We also loved the little board games they had for customers to play while waiting for the food—it made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, which added to the positive vibe.

The only small critique is that the food could have been served a bit hotter, but overall, it didn’t take away from the great taste and experience.

We’ll definitely be going back! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for halal options and great food.

Food was okay. Unfortunately, I would not come back. It was really overpriced. 17 bucks for the bibimbap, which was 70 percent rice is pretty ridiculous. The hot and honey tenders with kpop fries were disappointing. I thought the tenders would be crispy like korean chicken typically is, but they were soft. The fries didn't have much flavor either. They were plain with some topping to add flavor.

Definitely a place where the food is the biggest wow factor. The service is good, the seating is dim, and there are multiple ways to look at the menu + payment options. However, the food really shines here! This isn’t a place for celebration… but if you’re looking for a great quality meal, I 100% recommend it!

I dislike shady, greedy business practices. K-Pop Ramen has completely dropped the ball. I ordered their seafood boil x2. One boil includes a crab cluster, 1/2 shrimp, corn, potatoes and 1/2 sausage. These people literally sent my food in a shopping bag. Not the seafood boil bags. A takeout bag with handles. The sauce was greasy and leaking everywhere. I ate two shrimp and a sausage then I decided to dump it in a bowl because there’s NO WAY I spent almost $70 on max 9 pieces of shrimp, no potatoes, 6 pieces of corn and two small salty crab legs. I’ve been a customer of K-Pop Ramen for a while but it seems like they never have anything and the food has become subpar. Do better! I’ll insert pictures because I’m absolutely still upset and baffled. Also!! I ordered a Lychee green tea with popping lychee boba. Why did they pop the boba at the bottom and just give me lychee flavored water?

We had this ramen delivered one day when we were sick and it was so good we had to try it in person. The food is so amazing. Chris was manning the restaurant, and was extremely helpful. He answered all our questions and was very attentive. We will definitely be back and tell our friends to try it out. However. Everyone I've told so far has said they have tried it and agreed it's fantastic. Thank you for the great service and great food!

The ramen is the absolute BEST! I got the K-Pop Soup w/chicken. Customer Service is always so wecloming. Jay was so nice and helped explain the menu in great detail.

I will always be a customer here. I highly recommend! You won’t regret it!
