I’ve been coming here on and off for a year or two. I work in the area but don’t live in the area.
Everytime I come in, I am greeted by “hello my friend” or “it’s my friend” by the owner. It’s nice to have the community feeling that he knows who I am and what I get everytime.

I feel like a lot of reviews might be with someone other than the owner, but that’s really the only person I see when I go in.

He has replaced defective vapes in front of me, without issue and I’ve never had an issue with a vape after trying and purchasing.

I have also seen them take time with other customers trying to trouble shoot issues with vapes. I’ve even stood in line for awhile while they did that, and only see them step away to ring out a few customers ready to leave.

I love K Smoke, I like the drink prices, I like the plant in the window, and the massive selection they have. The owner is extremely nice, and maybe some people just haven’t tried creating a connection with him. He is just not a rude person, he’s a person who gets almost 0 sleep and owns multiple shops, working consistently. Give this man a break!

Have been going here for over a year for my weekly geek bar pulse and have never had any issues. I bought one as usual. They are rated for 7500 puffs on the max flow setting and normally last me a week. The next day the juice meter went straight to 0. I went to the store and he refused to take care of it telling me I'm lying and that it's because of the setting I use. Was great but I will not do business with someone who will not take care of a clearly defective product especially with a client (me) who's been going here for a year and have never complained about anything I've bought there. Piss poor customer service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I only go here as a last resort, but I will not be returning. Terrible customer service, employees are always rude and try to take my card out of my hand whenever I pay. Their products are overpriced and most of them are knock off. And now they are illegally charging you extra fees if you don’t spend more than $10 or if buy only one pack of cigarettes. You can’t fine people for not spending a certain amount of money in your store. Spread the word and don’t give any of your money to this place.

Prices are a bit high. Dude behind the desk was very short slightly rude. everything that I had asked the price of, I was told was $20 even though some items ended up being $7 or $15 after i noticed where the tags were put on them. Got what I needed, just expensive and wasn't a very welcoming vibe. item below was purchased for $7 after seeing tag on bottom, tried saying $20

They had exactly what I wanted, the person in front of me was taking a little long so they helped check me out first which was awesome as I was in a hurry. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing smoking supplies / bong related items! Friendly people!

K Smoke Has Smallest Salt nic. Juice I go here all the time but the Only issue I have with them is I get charged different prices. I have proof. One time I get charged more using my bank card with me using my pin # Then the other time I got charged the true Price? I did ask a guy in there are they charging different Prices he said No? & I honestly love shipping here at this vapor place cause I'm on a budget right now. Seem nice when I go in there. I'd like to stay a customer But I want the correct Price every time! You shouldn't be charged more for Using Your Bank debit card. No one rarely Carries Cash anymore. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Bought a defected vape TWICE and was told I was wrong even though the employee told me if the light stays on longer and the vape keeps hitting, then it is defective. Happened to me so I showed him that the light stayed on for more than 10 seconds and started smoking and was still told it is not defected. He was horribly rude and argumentative. Does not care of customers only cares about his money and defected vapes. Do not go here at all. Had to really press the issue just to get a good one back after. He made me feel uncomfortable the first time this happened so when it happened again, I went back with my friend for some support and he told me that it was wrong of me to do that. I was only ensuring my own safety because of how he treated me the first time.
