We had our baby shower at this venue, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience! Karees was amazing to work with—her communication was prompt and clear, and she went above and beyond to answer all our questions. She was also incredibly accommodating to all of our requests, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free.

The venue itself was beautiful, and everyone who attended couldn’t stop raving about how nice it was. It provided the perfect atmosphere for our special day. We’re so grateful to Karees and the team for helping to make our baby shower unforgettable. Highly recommend this venue to anyone planning an event!

We had a wonderful baby shower at the Iron Labs space. Karees and Karen were great to communicate and work with to coordinate everything. They were very helpful and knowledgable on event planning, and very flexible with last minute requests.

The space itself was spacious and beautiful. Parking was easy, and the building was easy to get to.

My experience with K&K consulting was amazing! The venue staff were very professional. The venue itself is a hidden GEM and it was simply elegant. It was love at first site for me. I would definitely use this venue again. I highly recommend this venue if you are looking to host an event.

I love everything about Ms. Brown and her venue! I booked my daughter and her date prom send off there. After stressing with several other venues and them canceling on me, Ms. Brown responded to me quick and I was able to view the space. The first time I saw the venue I fell in love, I’m so thankful I met Ms. Brown she’s so soft spoken and very understanding. I will definitely book her again. Thanks again

I attended a holiday Christmas party and this place was amazing! This place has a dope industrial art gallery feel. The parking was ample and free. Karees & her staff were so accommodating! Catering was 6 stars! We’ll be back!

I rented this space for my son’s 16th birthday party and I must say the experience was amazing from beginning to end. The host gave clear and effective communication throughout the process. I actually inquired about another space she has, and although it wouldn’t accommodate our party size she quickly suggested an alternative option. Not only did she provide a detailed text for our guest with instructions on how to access the building, the text included a video, so there was no room for error. The space was clean and prepped upon arrival. She also provided a dolly for easy transport of all of our catering and decorative items. Everyone was polite and helpful throughout the event. I would give my experience 10 stars if I could! Thank you Carees, I’ll be suggesting your event space to everyone I know!

This place was beyond amazing!!! When I say from beginning to end she was so helpful, understanding and very open and available for conversation. Trust we will be using this place again for most needs, you guys better go with this venue I promise you won’t regret it!!! I can’t say thank you enough to her for this opportunity at this spot!!! Karees has a great space she had my space ready to go it was a great place for me …it smelled very nice and the customer service was out of this world !!! she had 2 wonderful staff working on site they were fast and efficient …karees is a wonderful women…she is very well spoken and kind, very much recommended to rent this space.
