I took my wedding dress here for alterations. When I showed up to pick it up on the agreed upon due date on the ticket, she hadn't started on it yet (This was 14 days before my wedding!). I wish she had called me to let me know so I could stay home, as I don't live in the neighborhood and it was a 40 min drive round trip. It added stress to an already stressful month. Ultimately, Anisa finished the dress two days later. She did a beautiful job. I will go back, but only with items that don't have a specific deadline.

I went here for almost a year since it was a couple blocks away from my place, but my experience was not a good one. Anisia the women that runs this place is very rude, and not a very welcoming person on various occasions. One of the first times I came in, she gave me a ticket with the pick-up date, and when I came back on that date she didn't have it ready, and said she had been very busy. On a different occasion I dropped off a couple pieces of clothing, and when I picked them up, one of the pieces was missing. All she said was that she would call the place they send the clothes to, but that they didn't have it, and that was that. My most recent encounter, which will be my last she said I had taken to long to pick up my clothes, and that the next time they wouldn't keep the clothes any longer than one month. I've had very poor customer service here, and do not recommend this place if you even just want to feel welcomed where you are spending your money.

Anissa is fabulous, had to get my dress altered for my daughters wedding and it was not an easy dress to alter but Anissa did it no problem. Always greeted with a smile, so friendly.
