What an incredible experience we shared with your organization!!!
Unbelievable professional patient care.
When we arrived at the elevator, we were met by an employee who directed us to our destination to sign in. Our appointment was exactly and perfectly on time. There we no employees who were not 100% professional and all were amazingly customer oriented.
Once our journey began from your front office, to surgery and then follow up visits, it was the most professional atmosphere anyone could ever expect.
This organization is the best ever.
I have worked as an electrician for many years and worked in many health care facilities throughout many different states.
There is none even close to the organization that you represent.
I had two surgeries in two weeks and from start to finish ,they were exactly the same perfect experience.
My eyes are so much better than I can ever remember .May the Lord continue to bless this organization and your amazing talent.

Dr. Smith briefed me about my need for cataract surgery and performed the first eye surgery two weeks later. Very good communication from him and the surgery staff who were very organized as well. He did my cataract surgery and it was truly life changing. Currently I can see better than ever have even without the other eye not yet done. That will happen next week. I highly recommend him!

Being a patient of Dr. Smith has been very satisfying. The office is very organized and efficient making your visit time friendly. I was having issues with my eyes after wearing hard lenses for 40 years and eye involvement from RA. Dr. Smith and I decided to have Intraocular Lens implanted. The surgery was very successful and for the first time in sixty years I woke up, without lenses or glasses, and had 20/20 vision!!
The follow up care was very comforting and if I had questions or problems they were there. His staff at the Surgery Center and his Office were very friendly and helpful. They made a surgery concerning your eyes less scary because of there expertise!
I would recommend Dr. Smith and his staff because of my experiences with them. I have been a patient with this office for 50 years.

Dr. Smith and his staff have always been pleasant during my appointments. He is always friendly and answers any questions that I might have regarding my eyes and testing performed. He is also my mother’s doctor! I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

I see Dr Smith for my diabetic eye care. He is exceptional. He removed both my cataracts a couple years ago. His entire office is not only professional, but friendly, making the entire experience a favorable one. I believe this is a reflection of the doctors at the Regional Eye Center, as well

Absolutely wonderful visit today. The staff was so kind. The young lady taking care of me was so thorough and thoughtful. Dr Smith was absolutely amazing. I've suffered for 3 years due to nerve damage from my brain tumor surgery. His procedure today has made a difference I give the Lord all the thanks for this team. 🙏

Efficient check in and out. The staff and Dr. Smith are always courteous and caring. They all want to help me with any eye problems or concerns that I may have. Dr. Smith is very professional. He performed my LASIK eye surgery in 2004 and I can still see far away great! I have not needed a touch up. Recently, I experienced dry eyes, so he put in the temporary plugs for 6 months and just last week he put in the permanent plugs. The plugs have really helped my dry eye symptoms (eye pain, redness, puffiness around the eyes). Who knew dry eyes did that?! I trust Dr. Smith with my eye are needs!
